What is our return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
SALE items are FINAL SALE.
How do I go about returning items?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using a traceable service to the address below.

When will my credit card be refunded?
It takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue a refund once it has been received by DNA JEANS.
DNA JEANS reserves the right to refuse a return that either does not follow these guidelines or if we notice a pattern of excessive returns by an individual.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as your order is received to make alternate arrangements.

Sales Tax
Connecticut residents only: A sales tax rate of 6% will be added to all accessories and any clothing item $50 or more.
Shipping method
There is a flat shipping rate of $5.
Packages ship via USPS with delivery confirmation and will arrive within 3-5 business days from the date that the order is placed. In the event that you should need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements for an additional fee. A confirmation of your order and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
